王凤雪

一、个人简介

王凤雪,1978年出生,山东潍坊人,博士,副研究员,硕士研究生导师,中共党员,美国农业部国家动物疾病中心访问学者。在美国期间开展了猪繁殖与呼吸综合症病毒致病和复制机理研究,主要通过反向遗传学,以复制酶蛋白2为研究对象,利用最新无缝连接技术构建重组病毒与突变体,研究这些病毒的生物学特性和生长特性,也为新型疫苗的筛选提供理论和研究基础。目前共发表中英文论文92篇,在业内主流刊物Scientific ReportsVeterinary MicrobiologyInfection, genetics and evolution等杂志上发表英文SCI论文20篇,第一作者10篇,参编专业著作2部,发明专利一项。Transboundary and Emerging Diseases和《病毒学报》外审专家。研究方向:动物病毒分子生物学与免疫学。2018年作为内蒙古农业大学高层次人才引进计划(第五层次A类)进入内蒙古农业大学兽医学院微生物教研室任教。

二、主要学习、工作经历

1998.09-2002.07 莱阳农学院  动物医学农学学士学位;

2002.09-2005.07 中国农业科学院哈尔滨兽医研究所预防兽医学农学硕士学位;

2008.09-2012.01 中国农业科学院特产研究所预防兽医学农学博士学位;

2005.07-2018.02 就职于中国农业科学院特产所;

2016.01-2017.12 美国农业部国家动物疾病中心 病毒与阮病毒研究室访问学者。

三、目前主要工作方向

主要从事动物病毒基因遗传分析、利用病毒反向遗传学对病毒基因功能、病毒复制机制和致病机制等相关研究工作。

“毛皮动物和宠物重要病毒病强弱毒株分子鉴别技术及基因遗传多样性研究”2012年吉林省自然科学学术成果奖二等奖;

“高致病性猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒遗传变异分析、新型疫苗研制与应用”2013年获吉林省自然科学学术成果奖二等奖;

“毛皮动物犬瘟热病毒分子流行病学调查及防控关键技术研究与应用”2014年获中国农科院科技成果一等奖;

“重组犬细小病毒VP2结构蛋白间接ELISA方法的建立”2015年吉林市科学技术成果奖。

专利

区分犬瘟热病毒疫苗株和野毒株的一段序列和酶切位点(ZL 2007 1 0056023.4),20128月获国家发明专利,第1发明人。

六、主持和参加项目

曾主持完成所基金项目1项和企业联合横向课题一项,以主要参加人完成国家科技支撑计划项目、国家863项目、农业部兽医局国际合作项目和省、公益性行业科研专项、农科院创新工程及吉林省科技攻关项目和市科研项目共17项。
