张志恒，男，1992年出生，农学博士，现任职于内蒙古农业大学兽医学院临床兽医学教研室，兽医外科方向专任教师。研究方向为兽医麻醉与镇痛技术、麻醉药物神经损伤机制、动物皮肤创伤修复、犬猫常见疾病诊疗。
